Terms of sale
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms of sale (the “Terms”) are a legally binding document setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer (the “Customer”) and the Seller (“Rutina Plaukams”, the “Seller”) when buying goods in the online store rutinaplaukams.lt.
1.2. The Seller's details are provided in the “Contacts” section of this website.
1.3. The contract between the Customer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer, having formed a cart, entered a delivery address, chosen a payment method and read these Terms, clicks the “Pay” button.
2. Customer rights and obligations
2.1. The Customer has the right to buy goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms.
2.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the goods, as set out in the Return policy.
2.3. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate personal and contact details required to process the order and deliver the goods.
2.4. The Customer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and to accept them in accordance with these Terms.
3. Seller rights and obligations
3.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the conditions for proper use of the online store's services.
3.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Customer to the address given, under the conditions set out in these Terms.
3.3. The Seller has the right, without prior notice, to limit or suspend the Customer's ability to use the online store's services if the Customer breaches these Terms, attempts to disrupt the website or breaches the law.
3.4. The Seller has the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect from the moment they are published on the website and apply to all transactions concluded thereafter.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Prices in the online store are shown in euros (€), including VAT.
4.2. The delivery cost is shown separately and is visible before the order is paid for.
4.3. The Customer pays using the payment methods offered by the online store (payment card, bank link or other methods indicated).
4.4. An order is processed once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
5.1. Goods are delivered under the conditions set out in the Delivery policy.
5.2. When accepting the goods, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging. If damage is noticed, please note it on the delivery document and contact the Seller immediately.
6. Returns
6.1. The conditions and procedure for returning goods are set out in the Return policy.
6.2. Under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Art. 6.228¹⁰), the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
7. Liability
7.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
7.2. The Seller is released from liability for disruptions to the online store caused by the acts of third parties or by force majeure.
7.3. The Seller is not liable for changes in a customer's health if a cosmetic product was used contrary to the instructions for use or in the case of individual sensitivity to its ingredients. Before first use we recommend carrying out a small skin tolerance test.
8. Personal data protection
8.1. The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
9.1. All disagreements are resolved through negotiation. Please send customer requests by email to info@rutinaplaukams.lt.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or to submit a complaint through the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Final provisions
10.1. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania and settled in the competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
