Work the nourishing conditioner through damp hair.
Nourishing treatment
Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Deep repair treatment (mask)
For a deeper effect, leave it on for 8 min or longer — the conditioner then works as a mask. For an especially intensive treatment, you can warm your hair gently under a heat source (the temperature should never be hot). Rinse afterwards.
