How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Lithuania:

  • DPD courier — €4
  • DPD parcel locker — €2.80
  • Omniva parcel locker — €2.80

If your order exceeds €50, shipping is free.

Delivery takes 2–5 business days (not counting the day the parcel is handed over to the courier).

Are items returnable?

Under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legislation regulating withdrawal from contracts concluded online, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the item within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (except as provided in Article 6.22810(2) of the LR CC).

The amount paid, including the buyer's paid shipping costs, must be refunded no later than 14 days from the day the buyer notifies us of withdrawal. The seller may withhold the refund until the item is returned. Defective items are returned in accordance with the cases and procedures provided for in the legislation.

When returning quality items, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:

  • The returned item must be in its original, intact packaging.
  • The item must not have been damaged or used by the Buyer.
  • The item must not have lost its merchantable appearance (intact labels, unbroken protective films).
  • Items that were not purchased from the Seller, or that were damaged intentionally or through negligence, are not eligible for return.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition the buyer received it in — any gifts received with the purchase must be returned as well.

The buyer covers the cost of returning quality items. To request a return, the buyer contacts us at info@rutinaplaukams.lt and fills out the return form sent to them.

To return defective items, the buyer must complete the “Return form” obtained by contacting the seller at info@rutinaplaukams.lt, then send the completed and signed scanned form. The buyer sends this form by email together with the proof of purchase. These documents can also be included with the returned package.

The seller refunds the price of the returned item to the buyer's bank account specified on the return form no later than 14 days from the date the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct bank account. Refunds are made only by bank transfer; no cash transactions are made.

Consumer disputes are resolved out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, located at Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt. Requests or complaints regarding possible consumer rights violations may also be submitted via the online consumer dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Digital gift card terms

  • You can purchase a digital gift card only on the online store rutinaplaukams.lt.
  • Information about the digital gift card is provided on the website rutinaplaukams.lt or by email at info@rutinaplaukams.lt.
  • The digital gift card can only be used to shop on the online store rutinaplaukams.lt.
  • The electronic (digital) gift card cannot be returned, extended, or exchanged for cash.
  • This digital gift card cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
  • The digital gift card can be used once.
  • The digital gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Once the digital gift card expires, it is automatically blocked and any remaining balance is not refunded.
  • If the item price exceeds the amount on the digital card, you can pay the difference. If you choose an item for a lower amount, the remaining balance is not refunded.
  • Forging, copying, multiplying, or using the digital gift card in any unlawful manner is strictly prohibited. Persons unlawfully using a digital gift card may face criminal liability.

By purchasing a digital gift card, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of purchase and use. We reserve the right to change the rules for using the digital gift card at any time; such changes take effect from the moment of their publication.
